About Pristine Home

A Home Can Be Well Maintained and Still Be Poorly Stewarded.

There is a difference between getting things done around a residence and taking genuine responsibility for its care.

Pristine Home was built around that difference.

Why We Exist

Care For The Home. Room For Everything Else.

Great stewardship leads to excellence.
Excellence builds trust.
Trust changes lives.

When people trust that the home is genuinely being cared for, they stop carrying it in their heads—and give that attention to what actually matters to them.

Values in Action

Trustworthy

We act in the best interest of the homeowner and the home — even when the easiest answer would be different.

Responsive

When something needs attention, we engage. People should not have to wonder whether anyone is on it.

Solution Oriented

Homes are complicated. We find the right path forward and keep it moving.

Meticulous

We notice the details that affect how the home performs, presents, and holds its standard — and follow them through.

Restorative

Good stewardship should leave things better: properly cared for, thoughtfully resolved, and returned as closely as possible to the standard they were meant to hold.

Founder + Company DNA

Pristine Home Began With a Life Built Around Serving People.

Before Pristine Home, founder Ryan Haggerty’s work spanned building and running a sales and marketing company, humanitarian work in Haiti, pastoral leadership, and years of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders.

Different settings, same thread: understand what people need, take responsibility seriously, and help move something important forward.

Pristine Home grew from that same instinct. A residence can have excellent vendors and still lack someone responsible for holding the whole picture together.

The Team

Stewardship Cannot Depend on One Person.

Pristine Home may have begun with one person’s philosophy, but it cannot remain dependent on one person.

The standard has to become part of the company — through people, systems, process, documentation, and the judgment to know what deserves attention.

Setting a Higher Standard for How Exceptional Homes Are Cared For.

Being trusted with someone’s home means being trusted with a meaningful part of their life. That is the standard we bring to the work every day.
