No. Pristine Home is a home management and Owner’s Representative service. We coordinate and oversee independent licensed and insured vendors. We do not self-perform construction or trade work.

The homeowner selects/approves vendors and scope. Vendors perform work for the homeowner; we coordinate scheduling, access, documentation, and communication on the homeowner’s behalf.

We can consolidate vendor invoices into a monthly statement and facilitate payment as the homeowner’s authorized agent (or vendors can bill the homeowner directly). The homeowner maintains full visibility into scope and costs.

We assess the issue, coordinate with trusted vendors, and make sure the work is completed promptly and professionally. Our Founder
The heart behind Pristine Home is Ryan Haggerty — a San Diego native with a lifelong passion for serving others.
For the last 15 years, Ryan has been in the people business. From running his own sales and marketing company, to living in Haiti drilling water wells and caring for orphans, to pastoring at a local megachurch, Ryan’s journey has always been about meeting people where they are and helping them thrive. As a teacher, coach, and mentor, he’s helped develop thousands of individuals into servant-leaders, partnering with organizations and communities around the country.
Today, Ryan brings that same servant-leader mindset into every home he cares for. Having lived in San Diego for over 30 years, Ryan knows and loves the community he serves. Now, luxury home property manager, he specializes in overseeing multiple high-end homes throughout San Diego’s coastline and Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, and La Jolla. He lives in Carmel Valley with his wife and their three children.
What drives him? A simple mission: “If I can help people get what they couldn't get on their own – mission accomplished.”
